Here are a few yummy recipes my family and I love.

GOLDEN MILK:

Prep time: 5 minutes

Serves: 1

Ingredients

Directions:

Gently heat one cup of your preferred milk or milk alternative in a pan. Add the Turmeric Milk when warm and stir well.

Pour into a mug and top it off with Turmeric Ghee. Mix well until the ghee is melted. You may also choose to use a frother or blender for a creamier blended beverage.

ROASTED GOLDEN CAULIFLOWER:

Prep time: 30 minutes

Serves: 2–4

Ingredients

  • 1 medium head of cauliflower
  • 2 tablespoons Turmeric Ghee
  • ½ teaspoon pipali spice
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • Wedge of fresh lemon

Directions

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Wash and dry the cauliflower, then break it into small florets. In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower with the ghee, pippali, and salt.

Spread florets evenly on a baking sheet, then bake for 20–25 minutes or until tender and lightly crisped. Serve warm with a squeeze of lemon

SAVORY TUMERIC POPCORN:

Prep time: 10 minutes

Serves: 2–4

Ingredients

Directions:

Prepare the popcorn according to package directions. Melt the Turmeric Ghee and drizzle evenly over the popcorn, along with the Kitchari Spice Mix and salt. Carefully shake to get an even coating, and enjoy!
