Are you listening to your body (or avoiding it)?

When you give AGNI (your digestive firefire🔥) space to burn, air 💨to fan the flames, and lighter fluid to get sparky, the gunk (AMA) gets incinerated.

When your digestion is given space to burn (not constantly having to digest the next thing), it can incinerate the AMA or push it back into circulation for removal via the poop, urine, menses, sweat, or snot.

Our bodies are astonishingly brilliant.

An Ayurvedic cleanse is the opposite of what most people have been conditioned to believe, and even many other cleanses out there are selling- that a cleanse or detox = deprivation. 👎🏻

I like to think of an Ayurvedic cleanse as self-care on steroids.
